In St Nicolas district at the heart of the historic town, only 150 m from the Old Port, close to the train station and shops and 1 mile from the nearest beach, pleasant select loft of 3 rooms, bright and modern of 1200 sq. ft. on the first and last floor (no lift).
It comprises : fitted open-plan kitchen (dish washer, microwave, American fridge), linen room (washing machine, tumble dryer), 800 sq ft living room/lounge (TV, telephone, hifi, piano) with sleeping corner on a mezzanine floor (double bed), separate bedroom with double bed, shower room with toilet. wi-fi system.
Pets allowed : 90 euros / week. Private outdoor car park, bike shed.

"Very central but noisy"

The apartment is very nice and well fitted out. However there are two bars very near and one in particular is very noisy until up to 2:30am with some fairly drunk people around it. Don't stay in this part of La Rochelle if you value your sleep ! It is a real shame as the apartment itself is great.
